Refund policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees not to initiate any chargebacks. The customer further affirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the full product description prior to completing the transaction. The customer confirms that they have reviewed the expected timeline provided—whether in the product description or on the FAQ page—and understands that this timeline is an approximation only. The customer also acknowledges the distinction between business days and calendar days.

Exceptions to the rule above: 

Non-custom items are eligible for refunds only. Custom-built products are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. All other qualifying items follow a standard 14-day return policy, beginning on the date the item is received, provided there are issues with the product.

To initiate a return, customers must contact support@labarcades.com and provide a return shipping label. Once the item is received and confirmed to meet return conditions, a refund or replacement will be issued.
